This website www.tuburancove.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by Tuburan Cove Beach Resort (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a sole proprietorship with an address of Tuburan Cove Beach Resort, Hinugtan Beach Road, Barangay Alegria, Buruanga, Aklan, 5609.
Your access to the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained below (“Terms and Conditions”). By using the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you enter into a binding agreement with the Company for the use of this Website and for any reservation made through it.
Reservations
Day Pass — Booking & Cancellation
Full payment is required to secure a Day Pass booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within one hour. Proof of payment must be sent to reservations@tuburancove.com or Tuburan Cove’s Facebook Messenger.
Bookings must be cancelled at least 72 hours before check-in to avoid the full cancellation charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of check-in are subject to full charge. Rain or cloudy weather is not considered a valid reason for a short-notice cancellation. Discounts may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.
Children 3 years & under enter free, when accompanied by an adult.
Overnight Accommodation — Booking & Cancellation
Overnight accommodation bookings are made through our booking partner, Little Hotelier. Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within one hour. Cancellation terms for overnight stays are also displayed at the time of booking on Little Hotelier.
Non-Peak Periods
- Cancellations made at least 21 days before check-in are eligible for a refund, minus any bank or finance charges.
- Cancellations made at least 21 days before check-in may also qualify for one rebooking.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before check-in are non-refundable and non-rebookable.
Peak Periods
Bookings during peak periods (Holy Week/Easter, Christmas Dec 15–Jan 15, and long weekends) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Group Bookings (Non-Peak)
For bookings of 4 or more rooms, a 30-day notice is required for cancellations or rebookings.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Weather or Travel Interruptions
If Signal No. 2 or higher is raised in Aklan, or travel within Panay Island is impossible on the check-in date, rebooking may be allowed with less than 14 days’ notice, subject to management approval. Rainy or cloudy weather is not considered a valid reason for last-minute cancellation.
Rebooking
Rebookings can be made up to 6 months from the original check-in date, subject to availability and any rate difference. A rebooking fee of PHP 1,000 may apply, at the sole discretion of the Resort.
Children
Children 5 years & under stay free.
Promotions
Promotions may have separate cancellation and rebooking rules.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm a Day Pass or Overnight booking. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within one hour.
Proof of payment must be sent to reservations@tuburancove.com or Tuburan Cove’s Facebook Messenger (m.me/tuburancoveresort).
Rates
All rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
Accuracy of Booking Details
By making a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age, that all details provided during the booking and payment process are accurate, and that any payment method used is your own with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the booking. Reservations may be cancelled if these conditions cannot be verified.

General Terms & Conditions
Discounts
Discounts may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.
Children
All children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Children must be closely supervised at all times.
Room/Party Capacity
Maximum capacity stated is inclusive of adults, children & infants and is strict resort policy. Guests must disclose the total number of occupants (including infants) at the time of booking. Arrival with undisclosed additional occupants may result in denial of entry for those extra guests, an additional charge, or refusal of accommodation as outlined under Limited Liability & Indemnity below.
Extra Bed Policy (overnight only)
All rates are based on guests using the existing beds and bedding. Extra beds or mattresses are not available.
Corkage
Outside food or drink is not permitted on the premises.
Restaurant & Bar
The restaurant is open from 7am to 8pm. The bar is open until 10pm.
Complimentary Breakfast (overnight only)
Checked-in, paid guests (6 years +) can enjoy a complimentary a la carte breakfast from 7am to 10am. The complimentary breakfast is not transferrable.
Swimming Pool
Appropriate swim attire must be worn. Infants are required to wear swim nappies.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
Smoking
Buruanga is a no-smoking municipality.
Parties
Private parties and formal meetings are not allowed inside guest rooms. Any activities outside standard accommodation purposes (marketing, media-related photoshoots and pictorials) are subject to approval and applicable fees.
Identification (overnight only)
A valid passport for foreigners, and a valid government ID or valid passport for local residents, should be presented at check-in. A reservation may be denied without refund for any refusal or inability to present valid identification. Guests who reserved online are required to present the credit card used to complete the booking at check-in.
Visitors (overnight only)
The Resort gates are closed to visitors, including guests’ visitors, between 6pm and 8am every day. During this period, entry is by doorbell only. Between 10pm and 7am, only night security is on duty, and access may be limited accordingly. Any checked-in guest who wishes to leave and return to the Resort during these hours must inform the Resort beforehand.
Personal Belongings
Guests are reminded to mind their personal belongings. A safe is available to keep valuables secured. The Resort is not liable for loss where there is negligence on the part of the guest, and where investigation finds no evidence of negligence or mischief on the part of the Resort or its staff.
Lost Property
Items left behind by guests will be kept by the Resort for up to 30 days. Guests wishing to have items returned must cover the cost of shipping. The Resort is not responsible for items not claimed within this period.
Photography and Filming
Photography is permitted for personal use only and may not be published in any other format. Photography and filming are not permitted in areas of the resort outside those designated, and should be under the supervision of a Resort employee. Written approval from the Resort is required for commercial photography or images including trademarks or trade names.
Special Requests
Requests for particular rooms, views, additional services, or amended check-in/check-out times are subject to availability and may incur additional cost. Such requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
Damage to Resort Property
Guests will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any resort property, equipment, or fixtures damaged during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
Limited Liability, Indemnity & Refusal of Accommodation
Limited Liability
All guests and visitors entering or residing at Tuburan Cove Beach Resort do so entirely at their own risk. Tuburan Cove Beach Resort, its owners, employees, and any related or affiliated subsidiaries shall not be held liable for loss of life, bodily injury, or damage to or loss of property during a guest’s visit or stay.
To the full extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to anyone for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, this Website or its content, including any inaccuracies, technical errors, or unauthorised third-party access. In the event we are held liable for any damages related to the Website, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any liability, loss, claim or damage arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Refusal of Accommodation
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, or to end a guest’s visit or stay, without prior notice, if a guest becomes abusive or threatening toward staff or other guests, or arrives with significantly more occupants than the number booked and no acceptable resolution can be reached. In such cases, a refund, if any, will be issued at management’s sole discretion.
Force Majeure
Tuburan Cove Beach Resort shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings or shortened stays due to force majeure or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, including floods, earthquakes, typhoons, fire, civil disturbance, epidemic or pandemic, or delays caused by third parties. In such cases, the Resort will be granted a reasonable extension of time to fulfil any affected booking or arrangement, and a rebooking may be offered at management’s discretion, subject to availability.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to: cancel or modify your reservation; issue a warning; restrict or suspend your access to the Website; take legal action; or disclose relevant information to law enforcement authorities where required.
Website Policies
The Website may contain links to third-party websites that may or may not have a relationship with the Resort. The Resort has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for any content, damage, or harm resulting from visiting them. We do not guarantee that any file or program available via this site is free from viruses or other conditions that may damage or interfere with hardware, software, or data.
Travel Advisories
The Resort advises all guests to be aware of and comply with Provincial and LGU policies for travellers to Buruanga. Guests who do not comply with applicable policies cannot claim a refund on their confirmed booking due to a resulting no-show.
Privacy
The security of our guests is of prime importance to the Resort. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the personal information you provide.
Information you provide is used to process and confirm your reservation, and may be used to:
- Contact you regarding any amendment to a reservation
- Assist with future reservations
- Inform you of special offers or promotions, where you have agreed to this
Information may be disclosed to third parties with a contractual relationship with the Resort, such as banks and service providers, or where required by law.
Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by an appointed judge in the Province of Aklan.
Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
